UWP: WILLIAM STOHLER




















William Stohler is an avid underwater photographer, president of the Underwater Photographic Society of Hawaii, and a geologist/project manager for environmental and ordnance projects.  He shoots nearly 10,000 images annually, constantly working to improve image quality, interest, and originality.  William enjoys sharing his love of the ocean, helping others improve their underwater photographic skills, and supporting ocean and marine life conservation and research efforts.  Based in Hawaii, William has had the opportunity to conduct more than 2,300 dives at many of the world’s great locations including the Bahamas, Bonaire, California (Catalina Island, Monterey, and San Diego), Cayman Islands, Florida (Boynton Beach, Blue Heron Bridge, Florida Keys), Guam, Hawaii (Hawaii Island, Kaho`olawe, Kauai, Lanai, Maui, and Oahu), Japan, Maldives, Palau and Wake Island.
